Kędzierzyńsko-Kozielski Park Przemysłowy (Kędzierzyn-Koźle Industrial Park)
The mission of the Kędzierzyn-Koźle Industrial Park is the creation of new jobs by ensuring favourable operating conditions for business thanks to the effective management of production property and rendering of infrastructure and consulting services together with a system of financial support.
Objectives
The company KKPP carries out activity aiming at:
- the increase of the social and economic potential of the municipality by supporting small and medium companies, creating new workplaces,
- the increase of competiveness of the region,
- the stimulation of regional and local development and improvement of the attractiveness of the Kędzierzyn-Koźle region for investment.
The objectives of the Company are carried out mainly by:
- making available the resources of the Park to those economic entities which will carry out the economic activity on the basis of those resources,
- and investments in the technical infrastructure at the disposal of the Park and also for the preparation for investment purposes of new investment areas (properties) for new Investors
KKPP is a good place to carry out the industrial, service, logistic and trade activity for businesses because the local authorities have implemented a policy which is favourable for many years of engagement in KKPP (waiver of the real estate tax).
KKPP, in cooperation with our municipality, offers to Investors support in the investment process, realized through:
- elaboration of investment offers (investment lots, production halls, warehouses, office space),
- preparation of visits and arrangement of meetings,
- searching for sub-suppliers and trade partners,
- support in administrative processes e.g. in obtaining permissions,
- consultancy in the area of public aid.
