By meeting the expectations of residents, City Hall undertakes any and all efforts to improve and facilitate client services. One of them is the operating e-office which includes the Electronic Client Service Office where many matters can be resolved without leaving home. We want to be closer to people, closer to residents. Each session of the city council is transmitted live on the city YouTube channel. You can also see the recordings on the web site of the City Hall and in the Public Information Bulletin.
Increasing of the quality of work of City Hall and the quality of life of people cannot be done without both a strategic and tactical approach to the notion of development. Only thanks to the appropriate tactics are we able to properly manage the resources and use them in a sustainable and the most useful way for residents. Among the strategic documents of the City Hall one can find the strategy for city development for the years 2014-2020, the plan for a low emission economy for the city or the local revitalization program. Apart from that, City Hall operates according to ISO standards and due to them we are able to examine and improve the processes of client services.
City Hall remains in close contact with local associations and clubs. We join forces in the organization of events in the city. Many local initiatives can be taken under the Honorary Patronage of the President of the City Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
The city participates in many national, international and Union projects, which are aimed at sustainable development, taking an ecological approach to initiatives and most of all the improvement of quality of life of residents. The officers of City Hall make every effort to acquire external funds for activities and investments carried out in the city.
