


The program aims to improve the quality of life for residents of medium-sized cities in Poland, which will help reduce socioeconomic disparities in our country.
The program operator—that is, the institution responsible for preparing and implementing the program—is the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy, who is supported in carrying out these tasks by the Department of Aid Programs within the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. The Association of Polish Cities will assist in implementing the program by providing advisory support to the cities.

A website run by the Municipality of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, which is implementing a project co-financed by the Swiss Funds, which support the reduction of economic and social disparities within the European Union, and by the state budget.
