Hala sportowa „Śródmieście” w pełni wypełniła się dziecięcym uśmiechem. To tam odbywał się wielki „Festiwal Dmuchańców”.
Na najmłodszych czekały zamki i zjeżdżalnie, strefa animacji oraz inne atrakcje. Impreza miała charakter komercyjny. Wstęp wymagał wykupienia biletu.
