Relacja ze spotkania z Lekarzem Geriatrią Dok. Tomaszem Wantułą
W dniu 19 października 2023r w Klubie RSM „Chemik” w Kędzierzynie odbyła się prelekcja dla wszystkich członków związku z Lekarzem Geriatrią Dok. Tomaszem Wantułą.
Gieratia jest to dziedzina do której zadań należy profilaktyka, diagnostyka oraz leczenie różnych chorób dotykających osoby w podeszłym wieku, ponieważ osoby te cierpią na różne choroby jednocześnie.
Dok. Tomasz Wantuła zapoznał seniorów z problematyką dobrego i godnego starzenia aby pozostawać sprawnym przez długie lata, bo starzenie się to nie choroba , lecz pewien etap w życiu.
Prelekcja dotyczyła m.in. jak zapobiegać zawałom, udarom i ich symptomy, jak ćwiczyć pamięć by nie dopuścić do demencji, zaburzeń pamięci.
