Azymek Zdzieszowice najlepszą amatorską drużyną w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu w siatkówkę. Nowi mistrzowie po niezwykle emocjonującym spotkaniu finałowym pokonali w pięciu setach zespół Black Mambas.
Brązowy medal przypadł dla ekipy Sinclair NoStars. Tuż za podium uplacowała się drużyna Olensen Amavolley K-Koźle. Piątą lokatę zajął DK FIX Team, szóstą Impact Team, a siódme miejsce należy do KKS Kędzierzyn-Koźle. MVP całego turnieju został Tomasz Antczak z Sinclair NoStars.
