Gminna Komisja Rozwiązywania Problemów Alkoholowych
Zgodnie z Ustawą z dnia 26 października 1982r. o wychowaniu w trzeźwości i przeciwdziałaniu alkoholizmowi, Prezydent Miasta Kędzierzyn-Koźle, na mocy atr. 4 przedmiotowej ustawy powołał zarządzeniem Gminną Komisję Rozwiązywania Problemów Alkoholowych.
Do zadań Komisji należy m.in. podejmowanie czynności zmierzających do orzeczenia o zastosowaniu wobec osoby uzależnionej od alkoholu obowiązku poddania się leczeniu w zakładzie lecznictwa odwykowego.
