Zgodnie z zapowiedzią publikujemy odpowiedź Wojewódzkiego Inspektoratu Ochrony Środowiska w Opolu w sprawie jakości wód w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu. Pismo jest reakcją na zapytanie władz miasta w związku z wprowadzeniem zakazu korzystania z odcinka Kanału Gliwickiego.
W dniu 6 września Rządowe Centrum Bezpieczeństwa wysłało do mieszkańców regionu alerty informujące o zakazie korzystania z wód Kanału Gliwickiego na odcinku od śluzy Rudziniec do śluzy Sławięcice. SMS nadany przez RCB nie określał czy korzystanie z wód Kanału Gliwickiego, Kłodnicy i Odry w pozostałych częściach miasta stanowi jakiekolwiek zagrożenie. Magistrat o doprecyzowanie tej kwestii zwrócił się do właściwej instytucji (czytaj więcej). Poniżej publikujemy otrzymaną odpowiedź:
