GPS był zbędny. Ten rajd tylko z mapą

Dopiero na linii startu dowiedzieli się, jak wygląda cała trasa. Uczestnicy, aby nie pobłądzić musieli dokładnie przeanalizować otrzymaną mapę i odczytać zaszyfrowane na niej wskazówki. W tegorocznym rajdzie nawigacyjnym "Rally Gala 2019" z kozielskiego Szkwału wystartowały 22 załogi.
Organizatorem zmagań był Automobilklub Kędzierzyńsko-Kozielski. Była to jednocześnie szósta runda: Nawigacyjnych Samochodowych Mistrzostw Polski, Nawigacyjnego Pucharu Polski oraz Nawigacyjnego Pucharu Śląska. Do rywalizacji stanęli kierowcy m.in. z Kędzierzyna-Koźla, Mysłowic, Katowic, Rudy Śląskiej, Warszawy, Poznania czy Czeskiego Hlučína.
Zawodnicy po 80 kilometrowej przejażdżce finiszowali na terenie Gminnego Ośrodka Sportu i Rekreacji w Zakrzowie. Impreza odbyła się pod Honorowym Patronatem Prezydenta Miasta Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
