Aktywny senior to zdrowy senior. Lekarze przypominają, że regularne ćwiczenia pomagają uniknąć chorób wieku podeszłego. Mieszkańcy 60+ będą mogli się o tym przekonać podczas bezpłatnej prelekcji w ramach projektu „Dugnad w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu”.
Organizatorem otwartego spotkania z rehabilitantem jest Gminne Centrum Seniora oraz Uniwersytet Trzeciego Wieku. Darmowy wykład eksperta z zakresu fizjoterapii odbędzie się w najbliższy wtorek (09.05) o godzinie 10:30 w Domu Kultury „Chemik”.
Zadanie realizowane jest w ramach projektu „Dugnad w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu. Integracja mieszkańców oraz odbudowa relacji sąsiedzkich jako podstawa rozwoju lokalnego”. Projekt jest współfinansowany w 85% ze środków Mechanizmu Finansowego Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego 2014-2021 oraz w 15% z budżetu państwa.
