Rakietki poszły w ruch. Znamy najlepszych

Z każdym setem rywalizacja była coraz bardziej zacięta, a lotki jeszcze szybciej przelatywały nad siatką. Gra toczyła się o wielką stawkę - tytuły mistrzów miasta amatorów w badmintonie. Najlepszymi rakietami w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu okazali się Piotr Mrachacz (kategoria U40) i Adam Daroń (kategoria 40+).
Zawodnicy swoje pojedynki rozgrywali w hali sportowej „Śródmieście”. Mecze w dwóch kategoriach odbywały się jednocześnie na czterech boiskach. Ze względu na obostrzenia sanitarne turniej przeprowadzono bez udziału publiczności.
Organizatorem mistrzostw był Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji. Puchary zwycięzcom wręczył Artur Maruszczak, zastępca prezydenta miasta.
