Ścigali się w kędzierzyńskim lesie

Biegacze kolejny rok z rzędu opanowali Śródmieście. Około 250 zawodników sprawdziło swoją formę podczas „Gaz-System na piątkę!”. Do pokonania mieli trasę o długości 5 km, która prowadziła leśnymi duktami za krytą pływalnią. Wcześniej na krótszych dystansach sprawdziły się dzieci i młodzież.
Na linii startu stanęła m.in. prezydent miasta Sabina Nowosielska. Najszybszym uczestnikiem biegu był Kamil Baron z Jasiony. Tuż za nim znalazł się Piotr Rybiałek ze Zdzieszowic, a na najniższym stopniu podium stanął Piotr Bieliński z Kędzierzyna-Koźla. Wśród pań bezkonkurencyjna była Kelli Smith z Kędzierzyna-Koźla, druga była Magdalena Giet z Dziergowic, a trzecia Magdalena Stuchlik z Jarząbkowic.
Sponsorem biegu był Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. (https://www.gaz-system.pl/), a jego organizatorem Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu.
