17 września na zawsze w pamięci

To smutna rocznica, o której jednak nie wolno nam zapominać. 84 lata temu Związek Radziecki napadł na Polskę. 17 września przypada również Dzień Sybiraka.
W Kędzierzynie-Koźlu oba wydarzenia uczczono tradycyjnie na placu przed Kościołem p.w. Ducha Świętego i NMP Matki Kościoła na osiedlu Piastów-Powstańców Śląskich. Wiązanki kwiatów tradycyjnie złożono pod kamieniami pamięci.
W uroczystościach udział wzięli przedstawiciele władz samorządowych, służb mundurowych, organizacji patriotycznych oraz mieszkańcy.
