Nowy Koziołek w mieście to harcerz z krwi i kości. Ubrany w mundur i chustę, niesie ze sobą 80 lat historii oraz ducha Hufca ZHP z Kędzierzyna-Koźla.
Najmłodszy członek rogatej rodziny będzie przypominać o wartościach takich jak przyjaźń, odwaga i służba. Figurkę można spotkać w Parku Pojednania, gdzie została odsłonięta podczas uroczystej zbiórki na zakończenie sezonu.
W tym wyjątkowym momencie druhom towarzyszyła prezydent Sabina Nowosielska.
