Ściganie na wodzie czyli sprint kajakowy

To była cenna lekcja dla całej ekipy. Drużyna WKS Aqua Active Kędzierzyn-Koźle wystartowała w Mistrzostwach Śląska w sprincie kajakowym. W Katowicach liderzy zespołu sięgnęli po kolejne krążki do swoich kolekcji, a zawodnicy rozpoczynający przygodę ze sportem zdobyli pierwsze doświadczenia.
Wśród medalistów znaleźli się Rafał Kulak (złoto - C1 młodzików) duety: Rafał Kulak i Przemysław Jurek (złoto - C2 młodzików) oraz Fabian Słupina i Tymoteusz Wrona (brąz - C2 młodzików), a także czwórka Kamila Chałat, Maja Paszko, Dorota Goliat i Milena Smutek (złoto - K4 młodziczek). Ponadto klub reprezentowali Martyna Wiechowska, Zofia Makarewicz, Maria Gęgotek, Tomasz Kubina, Mateusz Dietrich, Cezary Cichocki, Fabian Jenderek, Piotr Urbanik oraz Wojciech Kulak.
Szkolenie dzieci i młodzieży w klubie WKS Aqua Active jest współfinansowane przez Gminę Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
