Młodzi zapaśnicy z Uczniowskiego Klubu Sportowego „Olimpijczyk” odnieśli kolejny sukces. Podczas Międzynarodowych Mistrzostw Polski Juniorów w zapasach w stylu klasycznym, które odbyły się w Kostrzynie nad Odrą, dwóch wychowanków klubu zdobyło medale.
Srebrny medal w kategorii wagowej 85 kg wywalczył Piotr Duk. W kategorii 120 kg na najniższym stopniu podium stanął Mateusz Zybała. Ich krążki są tym cenniejsze, że obaj zawodnicy są najmłodsi w grupie juniorów. W klasyfikacji drużynowej UKS zajął czwartą lokatę wśród 48 klubów, które wzięły udział w zawodach.
