Królewski dystans na ulicach Kędzierzyna-Koźla. Biegacze z całej południowej Polski mierzyli się z trasą XXII Maratonu Odrzańskiego. Z dystansem 42 km i 195 m sprawdzili się zarówno zawodnicy indywidualni oraz sztafety.
Tegoroczna edycja organizowana przez Fundację "Odrzańskie Konsorcjum" to ostatnia impreza w ramach Biegowego Grand Prix Kędzierzyna-Koźla 2024.
