W Centrum Obsługi Inwestora odbyło się kolejne spotkanie władz Kędzierzyna-Koźla z przedstawicielami firmy Foosung. Koreański potentat branży chemicznej jest zainteresowany jedną z działek na Polu Południowym.

Inwestor zapowiada budowę nowoczesnej fabryki komponentów wykorzystywanych do produkcji baterii zasilających samochody elektryczne. Wiceprezes Yongmin Kim przedstawił szczegóły dotyczące całego procesu inwestycyjnego oraz jego harmonogram. Prezydent Sabina Nowosielska zadeklarowała pełne wsparcie dla projektu, który może mieć ogromny wpływ na rozwój lokalnej gospodarki.

Obecnie firma Foosung jest na etapie kompletowania dokumentacji niezbędnej do rozpoczęcia inwestycji.
