Pełne energii i motywacji, spotkały się, aby aktywnie celebrować swoje święto! Z okazji Dnia Kobiet Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji wspólnie z Ewą Komander zaprosił do wspólnego treningu. Panie, które chciały rozpocząć przygodę z bieganiem wzięły udział w otwartych zajęciach poprowadzonych przez naszą mistrzynię.
Utytułowana triathlonistka zaprezentowała prawidłową technikę oraz podstawowe założenia właściwego doboru ćwiczeń. Po rozgrzewce, dziewczyny ruszyły na bieżnię stadionu „Kuźniczka”.
