Program „PracoDawca Zdrowia” został stworzony z myślą nie tylko o pracodawcach, ale przede wszystkim o pracownikach. Główną misją projektu jest promocja profilaktyki zdrowotnej w miejscu pracy oraz zwiększenie zgłaszalności pracowników na badania profilaktyczne pod kątem wykrywania chorób cywilizacyjnych, w szczególności nowotworów.
O certyfikat ubiegać się mogą przedsiębiorstwa, instytucje i urzędy, które wykażą ponadprzeciętną troskę o zdrowie swoich pracowników i skuteczność we wdrażaniu programów promocji zdrowia wewnątrz firmy.
