Dziewczyny z Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej nr 5 jadą na Narodowy! Nasza drużyna nie miała sobie równych podczas wojewódzkiego etapu turnieju „Z Orlika na Stadion”. Uczennice z Pogorzelca wygrały wszystkie swoje mecze i jako mistrzynie Opolszczyzny zagrają w wielkim finale w Warszawie.
O awans do centralnych rozgrywek podopieczne trenerki Magdaleny Łuczak rywalizowały z zespołami z Popielowa, Białej Nyskiej i Prudnika. Na boisku szczególnie wyróżniły się Julia Koziarska, wybrana najlepszą bramkarką turnieju, oraz Denia Slimane, która sięgnęła po tytuł królowej strzelczyń.
W reprezentacji szkoły zagrały także: Michalina Zaremba, Natalia Rzodeczko, Liliana Tatuś, Yesieniia Oliinyk oraz Maja Gaszi.
