Trening z dobroci serca

Podczas treningu pracowały nie tylko mięśnie, ale i serca. W Domu Kultury "Chemik" zorganizowano maraton sportowy "Aktywnie dla powodzian". Uczestnicy wydarzenia przekazali swoją cegiełkę na pomoc poszkodowanym przez żywioł.
W programie znalazły się różnorodne zajęcia, m.in. taniec, fitness body shape oraz ćwiczenia rozciągające. Akcję przy współpracy z MOK-iem przygotowali Wiola Królewicz i Studio Ruchu „Wellfit”.
