Grota solna czynna jest codziennie od 12:00 do 22:00 z przerwą techniczną między 16:00 a 17:00. Seanse rozpoczynają się o pełnych godzinach. W tym samym czasie z obiektu może korzystać maksymalnie 6 osób.
