W godzinach 7.-15. można się zgłaszać po niezbędne wnioski do Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej przy ul. Reja 2a lub do Domu Dziennego Pobytu nr 2 przy ul. Piramowicza 27. Internauci mogą je też znaleźć na stronie internetowej ośrodka: www.mops-kkozle.pl. Na złożenie mieszkańcy mają czas do 1 lipca.
Prawidłowe wypełnienie wniosku o świadczenie na dzieci można od razu zweryfikować tylko w MOPS, na sali obsługi. Ośrodek będzie dodatkowo przyjmował rodziców w dwie pierwsze soboty kwietnia w godzinach 8.-14. Natychmiastowej weryfikacji nie będzie, jeśli wniosek trafi do ośrodka w inny sposób – przez Dom Dziennego Pobytu nr 2, sekretariat, pocztą, przez Internet za pomocą portalu empatia.mpips.gov.pl, portalu epuap.gov.pl, PUE ZUS czy bankowość elektroniczną.
