Badmintoniści na medal

Indywidualne Mistrzostwa Polski Młodzików Młodszych w Badmintonie na długo zostaną w pamięci zawodników klubu Beninca UKS Feniks Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Wojciech Budny i Tymoteusz Cybulski wrócili z Głubczyc z medalami.
Wojciech Budny w parze z Rafałem Mielnikiem (LKS Technik Głubczyce) wygrał finał gry podwójnej, zdobywając w ten sposób złoty medal i tytuł mistrza Polski. Doskonale w tej samej rywalizacji zaprezentował się także Tymoteusz Cybulski, który stanął na najniższym stopniu podium. Brąz wywalczył w parze z Pawłem Kiszczykiem (LKS Technik Głubczyce).
Trenerem zawodników z Kędzierzyna-Koźla jest Krzysztof Maślanka.
