Betlejemskie Światło Pokoju dotarło do naszego miasta. Ogień, który niesie radość przekazali harcerze z kędzierzyńskiego hufca ZHP. Symbol zbliżających się świąt wraz z dobrą nowiną wręczyli dla prezydent Sabiny Nowosielskiej.
Betlejemskie Światło Pokoju to znak zrozumienia i pojednania między narodami. Jego wędrówka rozpoczyna się w Grocie Narodzenia Pańskiego w Betlejem, gdzie płonie wieczny ogień. To właśnie od niego co roku odpala się jedną malutką świeczkę, której płomień niesiony przez skautów obiega świat.
