Sześć nowych latarni rozświetliło popularny skrót. Leśny łącznik między pływalnią, a ulicą Jagodową zyskał blask. Kilkusetmetrowy odcinek ścieżki pieszo-rowerowej stał się o wiele bezpieczniejszy. Inwestycja została odebrana kilka tygodni przed terminem.
Gmina zabiegała o zgodę na wykonanie zadania od Lasów Państwowych. Negocjacje znalazły szczęśliwy finał i długo oczekiwane doświetlenie chodnika zostało zrealizowane. Poprawi komfort komunikacyjny mieszkańców.
Nowe oświetlenie zastąpiło stare wysłużone lampy solarne. Inwestycja kosztowała 60 tys. zł.
