Podczas halowego finału krajowego „Lekkoatletyki dla każdego” w Spale reprezentacja Ośrodka Lekkiej Atletyki Opole zajęła trzecie miejsce w wieloboju. Wśród nagrodzonych zawodników znaleźli się uczniowie Publicznego Gimnazjum nr 1 w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu: Patrycja Betlej, Alicja Sielska, Bartosz Skomski oraz Wojciech Siwakowski.
