Cyrkom z tresurą zwierząt dziękujemy

Prezydent Sabina Nowosielska nie wyrazi zgody na udostępnianie mienia stanowiącego własność gminy Kędzierzyn-Koźle - gruntów czy przestrzeni reklamowej dla potrzeb organizacji widowisk obejmujących tresurę dzikich zwierząt.
Wydane zarządzenie zakazuje także kierownikom urzędu miasta, jak i gminnych jednostek podejmowania jakichkolwiek czynności związanych z takimi widowiskami. Mają oni także informować prezydent o każdym przypadku wystąpienia z wnioskiem przez podmioty organizujące takowe przedstawienia.
