Kędzierzyńsko-kozielska policja została doposażona w sprzęt, który może uratować ludzkie życie. Miasto sfinansowało zakup 27 zestawów do manualnej resuscytacji oddechowej. Worki ambu trafiły na wyposażenie radiowozów patrolujących nasze ulice.
Funkcjonariusze rozpoczynając służbę nigdy nie wiedzą co przyniesie im dzień i z jakimi sytuacjami przyjdzie im się zmierzyć. Tam gdzie jest potrzebna natychmiastowa pomoc, najczęściej jako pierwsi docierają mundurowi z prewencji lub ruchu drogowego. Zdarzają się sytuacje, w których każda sekunda jest na wagę ludzkiego życia i policjanci jako pierwsi udzielają pomocy medycznej. Wówczas bardzo przydatny okazuje się sprzęt ratujący życie poszkodowanych.
