Inhalacje na Pogorzelcu już na wiosnę

W Kędzierzynie-Koźlu powstanie druga minitężnia solankowa. Instalacja stanie na Pogorzelcu, w sąsiedztwie Domu Dziennego Pobytu nr 5. O budowę wnioskowali sami mieszkańcy, wybierając ten pomysł w ramach budżetu obywatelskiego.
