Joga z Radą Osiedla

Zazwyczaj pełny gwaru osiedlowy plac zabaw stał się ostoją i miejscem wyciszenia. W strefie rekreacyjnej przy ul. Gajowej zorganizowano jogę w plenerze. Do wspólnego rozciągania, medytacji i ćwiczeń zaprosiła Rada Osiedla Kuźniczka.
Zajęcia prowadził Marcin Kubat, który od ponad 12 lat zgłębia swoje zainteresowania szeroko pojętym rozwojem osobisto-duchowym. Uczestniczył w wielu kursach i warsztatach medytacyjnych m.in.: Osho, Vipassana, Reiki. Ukończył międzynarodowy kurs nauczycielski Jogi Kundalini Ery Wodnika według przekazu Yogi Bhajana.
