Obecna sytuacja epidemiologiczna znacząco wpłynęła na wiele dziedzin naszego życia. Swoje kontakty musimy ograniczyć do minimum. Jak w takiej sytuacji w bezpieczny i zgodny z przepisami sposób przeprowadzić sesję rady miasta, w której zwykle uczestniczy kilkadziesiąt osób?

- Wyjątkowa sytuacja wymaga wyjątkowych rozwiązań – zaznacza prezydent Sabina Nowosielska. Zaapelowała ona do wszystkich opolskich parlamentarzystów o pilne podjęcie inicjatyw ustawodawczych umożliwiających zdalne obradowanie rad gmin w formie telekonferencyjnej, przy spełnieniu wymogów jawności i przejrzystości.
