Ochrona zatrudnienia oraz zmniejszenie obciążeń i zachowanie płynności finansowej w firmach to główne cele pakietu regulacji, które składają się na Tarczę Antykryzysową.
Nowe przepisy weszły w życie 1 kwietnia br. Wśród rozwiązań, które mają zapobiegać skutkom epidemii koronawirusa w Polsce, jest wsparcie realizowane przez ZUS. Na co mogą liczyć przedsiębiorcy?
- zwolnienie małych firm, zgłaszających do 9 osób do ubezpieczeń społecznych, ze składek za marzec, kwiecień i maj 2020 r.,
- świadczenia postojowe dla osób, które wykonują umowy cywilnoprawne (mowy zlecenia, agencyjne, o dzieło),
- świadczenia postojowe dla samozatrudnionych,
- ulga w opłacaniu składek bez opłaty prolongacyjnej – odroczenie terminu płatności lub rozłożenie na raty należności z tytułu składek.
