Lekkoatleci na medal

Częstotliwość sukcesów młodych sportowców z Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej nr 12 jest zaskakująca. Informacja o kolejnym nadeszła z Warszawy. W krajowym finale Nestle Cup podopieczni trenera Andrzeja Saczki wywalczyli cztery medale.
Na najwyższym stopniu podium w wieloboju skocznościowym stanęli Alicja Sielska i Wojciech Siwakowski. Medale wręczał im Henryk Olszewski, prezes Polskiego Związku Lekkiej Atletyki i były trener dwukrotnego mistrza olimpijskiego w pchnięciu kulą Tomasza Majewskiego. Najlepszy w wieloboju sprinterskim był Maciej Skomski, a jego kuzyn Bartek Skomski stanął na najniższym stopniu podium. Piąte miejsca zajęli Alicja Rak w czwórboju oraz Alan Zygmund w wieloboju rzutowym.
Zawody w stolicy zgromadziły blisko 600 młodych sportowców z całej Polski, którzy uczestniczyli w programie Ministerstwa Sportu i Turystyki pn. „Lekkoatletyka dla każdego!”.
