XXIX Międzynarodowy Festiwal Filmów Niezależnych im. Ireneusza Radzia przeszedł do historii. „Publicystyka” od blisko trzech dekad utrzymuje niesamowicie wysoki artystyczny poziom.

W tym roku na konkurs nadesłano 140 produkcji z aż 20 krajów z całego świata m.in. z Francji, Brazylii, Hiszpanii, Uzbekistanu, Stanów Zjednoczonych, Argentyny, Holandii, Urugwaju, Chile, Iranu, Kirgistanu, Włoch i Korei. Jury oceniło ostatecznie 46 tytułów.
