Specjalne szkolenie dla mieszkańców 60+ przeprowadził członek Międzynarodowego Stowarzyszenia Policji IPA działającego przy kędzierzyńsko-kozielskiej komendzie. Funkcjonariusz zdradził m.in. jak wygląda typowy scenariusz działania oszustów oraz co zrobić, aby zachować czujność i ostrożność.
