Pamięć, szacunek i wspólne działanie

W przededniu Wszystkich Świętych grupa wolontariuszy z naszego miasta postanowiła zadbać o mogiły bohaterów, którzy swoje życie poświęcili dla Polski. Na kozielskim cmentarzu uporządkowano groby, zapalono znicze i ozdobiono pomniki biało-czerwonymi szarfami.
Inicjatywę stowarzyszenia „Patriotyczny Kędzierzyn-Koźle” wsparli także sympatycy klubu sportowego „Chemik”, młodzież z Hufca Pracy oraz żołnierze 17. Opolskiej Brygady Obrony Terytorialnej.
Wydarzenie, które z roku na rok gromadzi coraz więcej uczestników, pokazuje, że troska o miejsca pamięci nie jest jedynie obowiązkiem, lecz pięknym gestem wdzięczności i lokalnej solidarności.
