„Takie będą Rzeczypospolite, jakie ich młodzieży chowanie…” – Jan Zamoyski mógłby być spokojny o przedszkolaków z Kędzierzyna-Koźla. Festiwal Twórczości Patriotycznej „Niepodległa” od wielu lat prezentuje, jak miejskie placówki zaszczepiają w nowych pokoleniach miłość i szacunek do barw narodowych.
W przededniu Święta Niepodległości najmłodszych do pięknych występów na scenie Domu Kultury „Chemik” zaprosiła Publiczna Szkoła Podstawowa nr 6. Wzruszające programy przygotowały Publiczne Przedszkola numer: 5, 8, 9,22 i 24.
Wydarzenie swoim patronatem objęła prezydent Sabina Nowosielska. Część nagród dla utalentowanych artystów ufundowała Rada Osiedla Śródmieście.
