Prezydent apeluje: nie wpuszczajcie cyrków z tresurą

Zgodnie z zapowiedzią, prezydent Sabina Nowosielska wystosowała do właścicieli miejskich nieruchomości apel o nieudostępnianie ich dla potrzeb organizacji widowisk obejmujących tresurę dzikich zwierząt. Wcześniej wydała zarządzenie zakazujące udostępniania mienia komunalnego do tych celów i angażowania się miejskich służb w takie występy.
