Po ulicach Koźla „grasował” niedźwiadek. Nie było jednak czego się bać, bo wszystkich których spotkał częstował słodkościami i pozował do zdjęć. Na spacer zabrały go maluchy z Publicznego Przedszkola nr 21.
W ten nietypowy sposób dzieci uczciły „Dzień Pluszowego Misia”. To niecodzienne święto, które przypada 25 listopada, obchodzono także w innych miejskich placówkach.
