Ruszyli na spacer z nurtem historii

Miłośnicy dziejów Kędzierzyna-Koźla tym razem mogli bliżej poznać losy Kanału Kłodnickiego. O jednym z najstarszych zabytków hydrotechniki w Polsce i Europie, który przez dziesięciolecia miał ogromne znaczenie dla żeglugi opowiadał Tomasz Rogus, znany jako Przewodnik po Koźlu.
Wspólna trasa rozpoczęła się przy Śluzie nr 1 w rejonie ul. Żeglarskiej i prowadziła aż do połączenia z rzeką Kłodnicą. Uczestnicy pokonali około 4 kilometrów. Po drodze mogli zobaczyć ocalały fragment kanału pozostałości dawnych urządzeń hydrotechnicznych oraz miejsca, które przypominają o jego ważnej roli, jaką pełnił w poprzednich stuleciach dla regionu.
