Seniorzy nie stronią od sportu

W zdrowym ciele, zdrowy duch. W ramach obchodów „Dni Seniora” ta maksyma sprawdziła się w stu procentach. Mieszkańcy 60+ wzięli udział w zajęciach sportowych zorganizowanych z okazji ich święta.
Nestorzy m.in. spróbowali swoich sił w aqua fitnessie, rozegrali turniej bowlingu czy rozciągali się podczas jogi w grocie solnej. Aktywny czwartek zorganizowało Gminne Centrum Seniora przy współpracy z Miejskim Ośrodkiem Sportu i Rekreacji.
Ważne! Przypominamy, że ze względów na prognozowane opady deszczu jutrzejsza biesiada na kozielskiej przystani „Szkwał” została przeniesiona na przyszły piątek.
