Najlepsi sportowcy Kędzierzyna-Koźla ze wsparciem gminy. Stypendia prezydenta miasta otrzymało 26. zawodników, którzy na ogólnopolskiej i międzynarodowej arenie osiągnęli wysokie wyniki.
