Dzięki sukcesom naszych badmintonistów po raz kolejny mamy powody do dumy. Tym razem zafundowała nam je Dominika Kwaśnik. Reprezentantka Beninca UKS Feniks zdobyła srebrny medal podczas mistrzostw Polski elity.
W turnieju rozgrywanym w Ząbkach wzięli udział najlepsi zawodnicy w kraju. W tej ścisłej czołówce nie zabrakło także sportowców z naszego miasta. Formą błysnęła przede wszystkim Dominika Kwaśnik, która wraz ze swoim parterem Szymonem Ślepeckim z ABRM Warszawa zajęła drugie miejsce w grze mieszanej.
Cenne doświadczenie na korcie na tak mocno obsadzonej imprezie zdobyli także Karol Budny, Igor Jasek, Wojciech Budny oraz Tymoteusz Cybulski. Naszej ekipie przewodził trener Krzysztof Maślanka.
