Do zdobytych w tym sezonie przez Grupę Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle trofeów Super Pucharu Polski oraz Pucharu Polski dołączył tytuł Wicemistrza Polski.
Nasza drużyna w finale Plus Ligi dwukrotnie musiała uznać wyższość ekipy Jastrzębskiego Węgla.
Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle niedzielnym (18.04) meczem zakończyła zmagania na ligowych parkietach. To jednak nie koniec sezonu. Przed Trójkolorowymi jeszcze walka o miano najlepszej drużyny w Europie. Wielki finał Ligi Mistrzów z udziałem drużyny z naszego miasta już 1 maja.
