Święto badmintona w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu

To był cały dzień sportowych emocji. Młodzi adepci badmintona dali z siebie wszystko. W minioną sobotę (11.05) w hali "Śródmieście" rozgrywano turniej "Beninca UKS Feniks Cup 2019". O medale walczyli 9, 11 i 13-latkowie.
Na parkiecie zameldowali się zawodnicy niemal z całej Polski i Czech. Do Kędzierzyna-Koźla przyjechali reprezentanci klubów z Wrocławia, Olsztyna, Jeleniej Góry, Pabianic, Pszczyny czy Częstochowy. Nie brakowało również silnej delegacji z pobliskich Głubczyc. W sumie za rakietki chwyciło 174 młodych sportowców z 19 klubów.
Turniej"Beninca UKS Feniks Cup 2019 " swoim honorowym patronatem objęła prezydent Sabina Nowosielska. Imprezę otworzył zastępca prezydenta Wojciech Jagiełło.
