Te cztery postacie zasłużyły się dla miasta

Cztery postacie nierozerwalnie związane z historią miasta stanęły na placu Wolności. W ten sposób powiat kędzierzyńsko-kozielski uczcił 20. rocznicę swojego powstania. Rzeźby przedstawiające kolejarza, chemika, Roberta Kocha i Władysława Opolskiego odsłonięto podczas jubileuszu samorządu.
Z tej okazji przed budynkiem starostwa odbyła się również impreza plenerowa. Gratulacje w imieniu władz miasta przekazała skarbnik Joanna Hariasz.
