W godzinach od 7.30 do 15.30 pod numerem telefonu 512-020-898 będzie pełnił dyżur pracownik Urzędu Stanu Cywilnego. W ten sposób można będzie ustalić daty i godziny dokonania rejestracji oraz sporządzania aktów zgonów.
