Rok Powstań Śląskich jest obchodzony również w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu. Wystawę poświęconą wszystkim trzem zrywom przygotowało na placu Rady Europy Muzeum Ziemi Kozielskiej w organizacji.
Została ona udostępniona mieszkańcom i gościom Targów Książki nad Odrą dzięki współpracy MZK z Miejską Biblioteką Publiczną i Muzeum Powstań Śląskich w Świętochłowicach. Wieczorem na przystani "Szkwał" w ramach Roku zostanie rozstrzygnięty marszałkowski konkurs literacki i będzie można obejrzeć widowisko muzyczno-literackie o powstańcach śląskich.
